In 2018, I attended my first event showcasing a variety of races. It was a whole new world to me. A week later, I bought a stock 350z. I had no previous experience or knowledge about cars and had to learn how to drive stick just to get the car home, but I knew that I had found a passion in motorsports.

Later that year, I had a vision of where I saw myself in 5 years and knew that I wanted to become a driver. I created my brand and team "Street Rats Racing" with confidence that I would achieve that goal. Fast forward to where I am today, I have a supercharged widebody neon yellow 350z. I know firsthand the hard work and sacrifice that goes into achieving a dream build. Thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours of labor, & literal blood, sweat, and tears. But let me tell you, the feeling of accomplishment when you finally finish a project, is like no other. I have gained experience, knowledge, sponsorships, have raced, have a growing brand and team, and have recently started sim drifting.

Over the next month, I will be building my own drift car and embarking on my drifting journey with the goal of becoming a drifter in the next year.  Along the way, I plan to leverage my growing platform and team, to inspire other young enthusiasts and women to pursue their dreams in motorsport with no previous experience, knowledge, and limited funds. My further goal is to be an advocate for simulation drifting as a tool to get additional seat time and to be able to utilize funds more efficiently. I want to be the change that I want to see in the car community, and I want to encourage that anyone can be a part of this community if they have a love for cars and the determination to achieve their dreams.
